Not sure what they are but I turned around on the highway after I saw them to take this picture. Unfortunately since it was raining and I figured there'd not be much photo opportunity, I didn't take the Rebel with me. All I had was this little Canon SD110. If anyone can tell me what the heck they are post a comment. Thanks...
